Delivery & returns

You send an order request from the cart. Nothing is charged online. We reply by e-mail with the delivery cost, estimated duties and payment details; the order only becomes firm once you confirm.

Parcels leave the Republic of Moldova, which is not in the European Union. Not every country and not every product can be shipped; we say so openly, before payment. We do not promise a delivery time until the carrier is confirmed.

A parcel from outside the EU can be subject to VAT and customs duty in the destination country. We tell you before it ships what applies and who pays it.

Defective, wrong or non-conforming product: we replace it or refund you, and we pay the return. The remaining return terms are confirmed in the quote e-mail.
