Delivery & returns

You send an order request from the cart. Nothing is charged online. We reply by e-mail with the delivery cost, the carrier and payment details; the order only becomes firm once you confirm.

Parcels leave the Republic of Moldova, which is not in the European Union. We do not promise a delivery time until the carrier is confirmed for your order.

A parcel entering Romania from outside the EU can be subject to VAT and customs duty. We tell you before it ships what applies and who pays it.

Defective, wrong or non-conforming product: we replace it or refund you, and we pay the return. For anything else (including the 14-day right of withdrawal) the exact terms for Romania are confirmed in the quote e-mail.
